What We Do | Ngā Ratonga

The Palmerston North Community Services Council has an emphasis on services, with its key services including training, networking meetings, advocacy and guest speakers.

Training - Te Whakangungu

The Palmerston North Community Services Council provides training on a range of areas every year.  The training schedule is determined by our membership, but the training offered is open to everyone.  An intense round of training opportunities has just been completed, but there will be more coming your way soon.

Networking Meetings - Ngā Huihuinga Whātuitui

The networking meetings or regular meetings of the Palmerston North Community Services Council are a popular way for member groups and others to find out what is going on in the community sector of the city.  Attendees also take the opportunity to network with others in an informal manner.

Aside from these regular meetings, the Community Services Council from time-to-time organise and encourage network meetings for specific groups among the membership.

The Palmerston North Community Services Council email network is a further way for member groups to keep in touch with each other, and share their news and notices.
